JUMPS Projects

The Munali Nickel Mine concentrator had been on care and maintenance for several years before being acquired by Consolidated Nickel Mines.  Addition of a DMS module upstream of the mill reduced tonnage and increased nickel grade, which improved the economics of the operation of the mine and flotation concentrator.

JUMPS provided a Commissioning Manager / Relief Plant Manager to support CNM with recommissioning of the concentrator, integration of the DMS module into operations and ramp-up to full production.

A gold mine in Mali required a PFS of a proposed heap leach facility to facilitate economic extraction of gold from low-grade ores.  JUMPS led the PFS, with support from geology/mining experts and process plant design engineers, delivering conceptual designs of the HL systems and evaluating project economics within the agreed budget and schedule.

JUMPS is providing process engineering services to a large producer of titanium mineral products from  mineral sands.  We are supporting the Owner's Team in multiple feasibility studies, including managing testwork programmes.

JUMPS personnel have extensive knowledge of geographical and cultural influences on mining projects.  This has been gained over many years of working on assignments across the world, each bringing unique circumstances and challenges.

JUMPS provides services to consulting groups, engineers and mining companies.  Services can be tailored to suit the needs of individual clients and may be provided from JUMPS' office, client offices or on site.
